Our Program Framework
Five interconnected pillars. One complete system. Every element designed to work together so that transformation isn't just possible — it's inevitable.
For women and young adults in transition, housing isn't just shelter — it's the foundation everything else is built on. You cannot build a future when you don't know where you're sleeping tonight. Our transitional housing program provides a stable, fully furnished home with a structured 6–12 month residency designed to give residents the time, safety, and support they need to truly rebuild.
What's Included
- Fully furnished, private or semi-private living space
- 6–12 month structured residency program
- Clear expectations and accountability framework
- On-site staff support and community guidelines
- A safe, stable environment free from violence and instability
Why It Matters
Studies consistently show that stable housing is the single greatest predictor of successful outcomes for at-risk populations. Everything else — education, employment, healing — becomes possible when someone has a safe place to come home to.
Whole-person healing requires attention to the body, not just the circumstance. Our nutrition and wellness programming teaches residents how to nourish themselves — physically and mentally — on a budget and with intention.
What's Included
- Weekly meal planning education and practical cooking skills
- Budget-conscious healthy eating strategies
- Mental wellness integration — understanding the body-mind connection
- Physical wellness habits and self-care education
- Access to community wellness resources and referrals
You can change someone's address and not change their life. True transformation begins inside. Our mindset and life skills training is the heartbeat of everything we do — using trauma-informed mentorship and proven frameworks to help residents rewrite the story they tell about themselves.
What's Included
- Trauma-informed one-on-one and group mentorship
- Emotional intelligence development and self-worth rebuilding
- The Trinity Code™ — our proprietary framework for identity-level transformation
- Communication, conflict resolution, and healthy relationship skills
- Personal accountability systems and goal-setting practices
The Trinity Code™
Developed by Neema founder Mandelynn Moses and featured in her book I Am Not Your Villain; I Am Your Mother, The Trinity Code™ is a proprietary mindset and identity transformation framework that addresses the root — not just the symptoms — of instability. It is one of the most powerful differentiators of our program.
Financial instability is one of the primary drivers of housing insecurity, domestic violence, and crisis. Our Financial Independence System equips residents with the practical knowledge and habits to build lasting economic stability — not just survive the month.
What's Included
- Personalized budgeting plans and savings goal development
- Credit repair guidance and action plans
- Income stabilization strategies and financial goal setting
- Banking basics, benefits navigation, and financial literacy education
- Connection to financial coaching resources and community partners
Independence requires income. Our Career Pathway Access pillar connects residents to real career training, job placement support, and workforce development resources — empowering them to build sustainable livelihoods aligned with their goals and abilities.
What's Included
- Workforce development alignment and job placement support
- Resume building, interview preparation, and career coaching
- Access to certified training programs including CNA, Phlebotomy, and Medical Assistant certification
- Partnerships with Neema Medical Institute as one available pathway — not the only one
- Connections to local employers, apprenticeships, and workforce programs
- Ongoing career support beyond program completion
Our School Partnership
As a sister organization to Neema Medical Institute — a licensed healthcare career training school in Phoenix — program participants have access to an accelerated enrollment pathway into healthcare certification programs. This is one powerful option available to residents, alongside many other career pathways we support.
