5. Refund Policy
Donations to Neema Empowerment Project are generally non-refundable, as they are used to fund ongoing programs and operations. However, we understand that errors can occur. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- A donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount)
- Unauthorized use of a payment method
- A technical error resulted in an incorrect charge
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the donation date with your name, email address, donation amount, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
